We sat down with AFC Show OL/DL Cody McDermott for a short interview
Cody McDermott is a long way from home, but not from comfort zone of football
McDermott, who at 22 is not far removed from playing college football, is enjoying life in Norway and contributing on the OL both as a player and assistant.
Cody played four years at Whittier College in California, where he was twice given the "Toughest lineman"-award of his college. He was a one-time 2nd team All-Conference, and one-time 1st team All-Conference selection. Cody was a three-year starter at OL for Whittier College. In 2012 he will be starting on the OL for the AFC Show, and looking forward to helping Show succeed in the Norwegian 1st Division. We are sure Cody has the qualities to do so, and look forward to seeing him on the field!
