A farm team deal signed in February gives both the Raiders and the Show more opportunities

AFC Show and Tønsberg Raiders sign farm team deal for 2012 season

Although the geographical distance between the two clubs may limit how extensive the exchange of players between the two programs will be, there are many advantages that the two clubs will make sure to exploit in the best interest of both organizations:
- There will be a training camp in the Haugesund area for both the Raiders' and Show senior teams
- The Show import players will act as coaches at a player clinic to be held in Tønsberg in May. The Show imports and coaching staff will also be available for the Raiders coaching staff for feedback on film.
- Both teams use the same software for film analysis and will benefit from that
- Terminology is available for sharing between the two teams, which also helps players from the Raiders who will join AFC Show for games in the 1st Division, and players from AFC Show who will join the Raiders in the 2nd Division.

For AFC Show this is an opportunity for some of the newer players that might not see a lot of playing time in the 1st Division right away, to get some more game experience by playing for the Raiders in the 2nd Division. For the more ambitious Raiders' players it is an opportunity to test their skills at a higher level than the league where their team currently plays. It is both club's hope that the farm team deal is beneficial to the growth of football in our regions.
