Despite a clear advantage on the field by the more experienced Show team, the Larvik Lions did get on the scoreboard. The Lions proved to have several quality players, and a roster filled with talent and young players giving their absolute best on every down. Larvik is a team to look out for once they enter league play in 2012!

Show now starts the preparations for their trip to Sweden to play the Västerås Roedeers. The roles from the scrimmage will be reversed, as Show will now be the less experienced team playing a potentially stronger opponent. The long trip to Västerås will be an important teambuilding experience for the 2011 version of the AFC Show, and approximately 30 players will run out on Wenströmska IP to face the Roedeers on Saturday the 16th of April.
The AFC Show senior team had their second training camp on the weekend of March 25-27th. Included in the camp was a scrimmage against the Larvik Lions, who had travelled from the eastern part of Norway to face AFC Show.

The scrimmage consisted of 10 plays on offense for Show, followed by 10 plays on defense, 10 plays on offense, and another 10 plays on defense. After this, the teams played two quarters of football, with special teams included.

The first play of the scrimmage was a Show touchdown, and the 1st string offense looked sharp in the plays they got. 2nd and 3rd string players also got plenty of playing time on offense and defense, with the 1st string kickoff team certainly getting their share of repetitions on the day.

Defense also looked sharp most of the time, despite lacking several potential starters due to other commitments. Show still fielded 33 players, including 17 rookies.
